Street 360: the System for Creating Visual Mapping
When you combine 360 degrees high-resolution images with geographical data as a layer on a digital map, you can understand better one point of the map.
When you have a sequence of high-resolution images creating a path on the map in which you can virtually “walk the street” and look at any direction, you have created a powerful tool to manage your missions!
Street 360 is the perfect tool for creating such visual database!

In order to add a visual layer to a map, we first need to map the needed area. Mapping the area is a very simple procedure, all you need to do is mount the camera on top of the roof of your car, using the mounting accessories we provide, go out on the streets, and map the desired area. It is that simple!
The standard camera module consists of a number of high-resolution sensors that capture the area in 260 degrees, a GPS receiver and an orientation sensor. The unit is controlled and monitored using a computerized system powered by a specialized software. The Visual Mapping System standard camera module is small, light, and can be carried in a backpack or it can be installed on a vehicle. The operation is easy and fully automated! The operator of the system can travel or walk around in a normal fashion, and, during the process, the system will automatically capture and save location and orientation information.
For example, if you need to scan a specific neighborhood, all we need to do is install the camera module on the roof of a vehicle, turn on the Visual Mapping System and drive the streets of the neighborhood.
How does it work?
Nowadays almost everyone is using digital maps, satellite images, 3D aerial images and many other related technologies. But what about being able to represent the vertical point of view of a person standing on site?
Visual Mapping System offers you the ability to connect between the digital map and the visual from the mapped area, in a vertical point of view.
It does not matter whether you are in charge of HLS, Border Line Protection, Airport Security, Road or City Maintenance, Strategic Plants, or, if you work in the tourism industry; visual mapping is the tool to assist your better understanding of the field!
How to Use Visual Mapping System?
Our systems are fully automated thanks to the special software package we provide as part of the system. The package includes three main modules: Mapping module, Mapper Software and The Server module.
Street 360 is offered in three versions:
The Standard System
The Civil Engineering Grade System
The Concealed System
If your work volume is not high enough for buying a system, or if you do not want to do it yourself, we offer Street 360 as a service.
The consealed system allows you to map an area without letting anyone know that you are taking pictures. For these special missions, we have developed under-cover cameras, that are not compromising on the high-resolution quality of the images.
For obvious reasons entering this zone is restricted. Please contact us for a password.
Civil Engineering Grade
The Civil Engineering Grade system is similar to the Standard system, except that it uses more accurate devices for the GIS data. For example, we offer very accurate accelerometer sensor, sub-meter accuracy GPS, and more. If you need high-accuracy GIS information, this is the system for you!
The Standard system allows you to create high-resolution visual mapping. The system includes everything you need for getting the work done! It can be mounted on top of a car, carried around in a backpack or even by motorcycle. The Standard system includes all needed software in order to operate it right out of the box.
Variety of Systems
It does not matter if you work in Homeland Security, Civil Engineering or other industries, we have the right visual mapping system for you!
We have developed three systems for visual mapping, all you need to do is choose the one that best fits your needs!
